Please read and agree to the following house rules before booking.

1. No Smoking and LitteringStrict adherence to cleanliness is required. No smoking, vaping, or littering within the premises. Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided.
2. Court Capacity Limits
   • Pickleball: maximum of 8 persons per court (active players and guests). An excess fee of ₱100 per head applies to any additional pax.
   • Basketball & Volleyball: maximum of 30 persons per court (active players and guests). An excess fee of ₱50 per head applies to any additional pax.
   • Undeclared players: any excess players not declared during booking will be forfeited and denied entry.
3. Dress Code & Equipment
   • Attire: Proper sports attire and non-marking athletic shoes are strictly required on court.
   • Equipment: Players may bring their own equipment, or rent pickleball paddles, balls, and basketballs upon request (must be reserved as add-ons during booking).
4. Loitering & TransitionsNo loitering inside the facility after your scheduled time slot has concluded, to ensure a smooth transition for the next booking.
5. Parking PolicyAvailable on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Payment TermsFull payment is required upon reservation to confirm your booking. Payments are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. Bookings are transferable to another person, but never refundable.
7. Management RightsManagement reserves the right to deny entry or cancel bookings when necessary to ensure safety and rule compliance.
8. Incomplete PlayersNo reschedules, time extensions, or adjustments will be allowed if your group is incomplete or arrives late on the day of your booking.
9. No-Show PolicyFull booking payments will be completely forfeited for no-shows without prior notice.
10. Rescheduling PolicyReschedule requests must be submitted at least two (2) days before your scheduled game and are subject to availability.
11. Valuables & Personal BelongingsAll personal items left unattended are strictly at the owner’s risk. Management assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
12. Safety and Liability WaiverAny property damage, physical injuries, or accidents sustained while using the facility are the sole responsibility of the players involved. Management is completely exempt from any liability for injuries occurring on the premises.
